The vineyards of the farm, which are cultivated according to the traditional methods improved by the most innovative techniques, produce two different wines with the typical characteristics of the world-praised Tuscan wines:
“Donna Iolanda” Igt Toscana Bianco: This wine is obtained from a blending of white Tuscan vines only (White long Malvasia of the Chianti region and Trebbiano Toscano) according to the local methods of fermentation and wine-making. Its warm and ample aroma and taste are the most genuine expression of the land it is produced in.
Chianti Colli Senesi docg: the grape varieties of this wine are typical of traditional Chianti: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, together with white and red Malvasia, and Colorino. The wine-making methods strictly follow tradition, and this wine is proclaimed ready at the end of malolatic fermentation.
The colour is deep ruby red, with intense notes of cherry and violet, which extend into a vinous, balanced, and well-structured taste. Perfect foil for meat sauces, red meat and reap cheese. Tasting and direct sale at the farm.
